The project is a 3-year project starting from January 2021 to September 2023 sponsored by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust. One of the project aims is to understand children’s STEM ability development. Around 500 teachers and principals from 20 kindergartens will participate in this study. The significance is to improve young children’s STEM ability development, and also improve teachers’ self-efficacy in teaching STEM to their students.
Teachers and Principals Questionnaire
The questionnaire aims to understand teachers’ and principals’ efficacy and attitude towards teaching STEM to their students. The questionnaire takes about 5-10 minutes. Teachers and principals are required to complete the questionnaire once at the beginning of the program and at the end of each school year. All the data collected are for research purposes only, and the content is strictly confidential.
